Ann Marie Harris, originally from Jamaica and having migrated to the U.S. in 2015, has been a vibrant contributor to the education sector for 23 years. Her journey in education is marked by a significant tenure as a teacher within Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), where she has imparted knowledge and inspiration for eight years. Ann Marie’s dedication to teaching reflects her unwavering commitment to the profession and her passion for educational excellence.

Beyond her classroom responsibilities, Ann Marie has also played a crucial role in early childhood education as a daycare Director for five years in Silver Spring. In this capacity, she led a team of 12 teachers and catered to the developmental needs of students ranging from infants to after-school age children. Her leadership in this role underscores her versatility and deep understanding of the educational needs across different stages of childhood development.
